MS Global Holdings LLC is a privately held California limited liability company. We build, own, and operate a small number of consumer software products. We do not raise outside capital, we do not run an agency, and we do not invest in companies we do not run ourselves.
What we do
Our work is to bring a small number of consumer software products to market in categories where care, craft, and long-term thinking are scarce. We choose the categories deliberately. Every product we ship is one we expect to operate for many years, not a portfolio bet we hope someone else will buy.
Each product is operated by a small, focused team and run as a self-contained business. The holding company exists to align the long-term ownership, infrastructure, and legal posture of those products so each operating team can focus on the work without distraction.
Our first product
Harmony is an AI relationship coaching application for couples, launching on iOS in June 2026. Harmony brings structured, evidence-based coaching to couples in moments when traditional therapy is unavailable, unaffordable, or simply not the right fit. The product is operated under MS Global Holdings LLC.
